The year 2020 was a game changer for everyone, for me it was the card to get out and build my dreams in the high mountains of Himalayas. The journey starts after the first lockdown with a panache for trekking the rugged mountains but instantaneously turns into a spiritual trek  which leads me to the high peaks of Nanda Devi sanctuary. I find myself surrounded by the mythical and exotic beauty of valleys and peaks like Kedarnath, Badrinath, Hemkund. The beauty is captivating but so is the wisdom of the locals who have survived since ages in this tough remote terrain without being dependent on either modern medicine or ready to eat packaged foods. My curiosity is fueled further as I go from one village to another learning a lot about their local culture, their farming of grains and spices and lastly their immense knowledge of medicinal herbs which are native only to Greater Himalayas or Upper Himalayas and then started a quest to make this Himalayan shepherd  knowledge of natural wellbeing and nutrition is made available to the common man which gave birth to “POSYA” a brand envisioned to provide not only nutrition but also Abundance.
